To download firmware for your Apple device hover over the firmware tab and find your device. Select your device and you will see a list of versions. If you are an iPad or iPhone user be sure to select the right type of device (GSM/CDMA/WiFi). All downloads are one click downloads. I use these downloads myself and I wouldn’t use them if they contained anything but the iOS firmware. They are from Apple.
