Most people who use maps on their iOS device are highly disappointed in Apple’s new map app that was launched with iOS 6 to replace Google Maps. Apple clearly messed up on this and they know it but, we pretty much know that Google has been working on a new Maps app that they will launch in the App Store sometime. Although this isn’t officially confirmed by Google, it has been mentioned by many popular blogs and it only makes sense that Google release a Maps app to the iOS App Store.

Up until now we didn’t really know what this new Maps app would look like, but recently screenshots got leaked of what is supposedly Google’s new Maps app that they plan to release to the iOS App Store. These images are not official of course but, I have absolutely no reason to think that these are fake.
